Muscles are like rights. If you don’t use them, you lose them.
Do you think the lockdowns being implemented in our country are reasonable? Well, there’s a growing body of experts who don’t.
People have lost their jobs, their businesses destroyed, and who knows how many lives will be lost from the consequences of these extreme social-distancing laws.
In fact, if you saw the unreliable data the government uses to make their decisions, you might think the same.
But now that fear has overcome reason, these lockdowns have stripped us of our basic liberties in an unprecedented way. And if you don’t consent, you can’t even exercise your right to protest.
But… the laws in NSW, Australia, do allow me to go out and get some exercise. So, that’s what I’m going to do.
While these lockdowns are in effect, every Saturday from 2:00 – 4:00 pm, I’m going to exercise by walking around our state parliament house.
I want to make sure I get a full-body workout, so to workout my arms, I’ll be carrying this:
I think everyone should be exercising regularly during these lockdowns. So grab a mate, or take the family, get some sun and some fresh air.
Your state’s parliament house is a great scenic location for exercise, and who knows… you may even see someone there you know.
Just make sure you’re social-distancing from other people who may also (coincidentally and completely out of their own volition) be exercising there.
If you like my exercise plan, share this page or the YouTube video below with someone you know.
Let’s spread the message of health and liberty.
And always remember… muscles are like rights. If you don’t use them, you lose them.
